Without signing in, you get Chat and Map only. A free account unlocks the full workspace: on desktop, a toolbar runs alongside the chat with your tools; on a phone, a bottom bar gives you Chat · Map · Plan · Listings · More, and More slides up the rest (Trips, Budget, Saved, Messages, Documents, Binder). Ask Río “what can this toolbar do?” any time for a tour. You can also switch color themes or turn on dark mode.

🌐 Translation & the Document Explainer
Spanish paperwork is one of the most stressful parts of a move. Río translates and — more importantly — explains, in Panama-aware plain English.

Behind the scenes
When you save a listing, Río pulls in its own details and runs a quick automated risk read to produce that colored pre-screen note. It's a first-pass sanity check to raise good questions — not legal advice or a substitute for a vetted local realtor and attorney.
